Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and support. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, communication difficulties, and neurodiversity. My collaborative, client-centered approach combines evidence-based therapies with your unique strengths, goals, and priorities to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful change. To schedule an appointment, please visit my website or contact me by phone or email.

I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, and community programs, providing care to children and adults. As an outpatient therapist for the past 10 years, I have pursued advanced training in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD, human development, and attachment to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.

Life can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support is often the hardest step. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can build on your strengths, work toward meaningful change, and create a path that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a person centered humanistic approach to therapy drawing on specific therapeutic modalities to include (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Trauma-Informed Practices.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session we will take time to build comfort and establish a rapport while I conduct a thorough assessment to understand your specific needs. Following that we will collaborate on a treatment plan to support you in meeting those needs.
