I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to working with individuals, couples, and families learn how to cope with, and ultimately move past, the range of life's struggles. My work focuses on depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, communication, and neurodiversity issues. I believe in taking a collaborative approach, combining evidenced-based practices and modalities with the clients’ goals and priorities, to help and support each individual find and achieve their own healing.

My approach to therapy

I take a person centered humanistic approach to therapy drawing on specific therapeutic modalities to include (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Trauma-Informed Practices.

In our initial session we will take time to build comfort and establish a rapport while I conduct a thorough assessment to understand your specific needs. Following that we will collaborate on a treatment plan to support you in meeting those needs.
