Great to meet you!

Figuring out how you feel, who you are, or what you want in life can be a real struggle. Add to that a difficult personal history and you can easily feel lost, anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or alone. No need to carry this all on your own.

My approach to therapy

I come to psychotherapy through my work in the arts and teaching meditation. I aim to help others develop healthy inner lives, relate to others more deeply, and find meaning in their lives. To do that, I mesh my creative inclinations and Buddhist leanings with psychodynamic and relational approaches to psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, grounded, authentic and spontaneous approach from me. We'll talk about your current dilemmas with your history as context. And we'll talk about your interpersonal relationships, including the one you have with yourself.

If you’re struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression or existential dilemmas, please reach out. If I can’t help, I’m happy to refer you to someone or someplace that can.
