My goal is to establish a collaborative, comfortable, and caring relationship. This approach assists you in building on your current strengths to meet your goals and foster growth and independence. He allows you to arrive at your destination at your own comfortable pace.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect an open and relaxed sessions where you can safely explore any topic(s) that you feel comfortable discussing without fear of judgment. I encourage all my clients to bring their authentic selves even if it means dropping an "F" bomb to emphasize a thought, feeling, belief, or experience.
