My approach to therapy

My therapy style is one of Humanistic therapy which is a client-centered therapy field that emphasizes unconditional acceptance from the therapist and the free expression of the client. We focuses on a person's ability to resolve their own issues by talking through them. With humanistic therapy, clients are encouraged to openly express what is affecting them as we work together to achieve meaning and goals.

What you can expect from me

Connecting with my clients is key. I strive to build a great relationship by having good interpersonal skills and being trustworthy, flexible, hopeful, culturally sensitive, and self-aware. Clients can expect to learn new skills that facilitate positive change in emotional functioning and improve their feelings satisfaction and overall quality of their lives.
