Great to meet you!

My work centers on helping clients navigate difficult transitions, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their capacity for growth and healing. As a social worker with five years of experience, I believe every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can show up as they are and feel met with compassion, curiosity, and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I work alongside each client to better understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive space to share what’s bringing you in, what feels most important, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll begin building a connection and identifying goals together. If this sounds like the support you’ve been looking for, I’d be honored to connect with you.
