Great to meet you!

I’m Brandee, PMHNP-BC and founder of Kaleidoscope ClearPath Wellness. I believe mental health care should feel supportive, personal, and easy to understand. Healing happens when we slow down, listen to ourselves, and take small, caring steps forward. My approach blends mental health care with mindfulness, balance, and everyday habits that support your whole life. Here you'll find a gentle, judgment-free space for growth and clarity. My goal is simple; help you feel better and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care works best when it is collaborative and transparent. I take time to listen carefully, explain treatment options clearly, and involve you in every decision. At Kaleidoscope ClearPath Wellness, treatment may include medication management, therapy-informed strategies such as CBT and motivational interviewing, and practical lifestyle supports related to sleep, stress, and daily routines. We will move at your comfort level and aim to create a respectful space where you feel informed, empowered, and supported in building lasting emotional balance and mental health wellness.

What you can expect from me

At Kaleidoscope ClearPath Wellness, your first session is a thoughtful conversation focused on understanding your unique path. Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand your story, not just your symptoms. Together, we'll review your mental health history, medical history, medications, stressors, sleep, and daily routines. We’ll talk through possible diagnoses and treatment approaches, which may include medication management, therapy-informed strategies, and lifestyle supports. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about next steps.
