My approach to therapy

My approach to practicing therapy is grounded in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and Solution Focused Counseling to help people learn how to become "unstuck" by finding healthy ways to address their negative patterns of emotions and/or interactions, so that they may be able to live fulfilling lives that foster healthy relations and interactions.
