Great to meet you!

Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, while inside you're carrying far more than anyone realizes. You may be juggling work, relationships, parenting, or constant responsibilities while wondering why everything feels harder than it should. You don't have to keep carrying it all on your own.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years in education helping people recognize strengths they often couldn't see in themselves. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. I believe people are incredibly resilient. With the right support, meaningful change is possible. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to focus because of ADHD, navigating a difficult relationship, processing trauma, or adjusting to a major life transition, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should look the same for everyone because no two people bring the same experiences into the room. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to the challenges you're facing, recognize strengths that may have been overshadowed by stress or difficult experiences, and develop practical strategies that fit your life instead of someone else's.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), choosing the approaches that best fit your goals and the challenges you're facing. I want therapy to be both supportive and practical, helping you better understand yourself while creating meaningful changes you can continue using long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you'd like to be different, and what feeling better would actually look like for your life. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Clients often describe me as encouraging, practical, and easy to talk to. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with greater clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can continue using long after therapy ends.
