Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, even when you're doing everything you can to keep it together. You may be juggling work, relationships, parenting, or responsibilities while quietly wondering why everything feels harder than it used to.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years in education, helping people learn, grow, and recognize strengths they didn't always see in themselves. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. I believe people are incredibly resilient, and with the right support, meaningful change is possible.

Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a place where you feel heard, encouraged, and supported while we work toward helping you feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

No two people have the same story, so I don't believe therapy should look the same for everyone.

I enjoy working alongside my clients to understand what's contributing to the challenges they're facing while helping them recognize strengths they may have forgotten they possess. Together we'll identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and create realistic strategies that fit your life.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other approaches based on your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like life to look like moving forward.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my encouraging style, practical approach, and ability to help them see things from a different perspective. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling understood, supported, and a little more confident than when you walked in.
