Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Brandi and I believe in the power of getting curious about our struggles and how connecting with others brings the change we want to see. It is my passion to see folks heal and grow. I am a LPC and earned my degree in counseling from DBU. I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and a Certified Parent Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting. I have substantial training and experience working with kiddos and their parents. I also enjoy working with adult individuals especially women and the challenges that are unique to us.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach keeping the brain-body connection in mind. We are whole beings, body soul and spirit, and this is what I consider when walking with folks towards reaching their goals. This includes a variety of modalities including Relational Neuroscience, Humanistic, Attachment, Mindfulness, Strengths Based, Person-Centered, and even Cognitive approaches.

What you can expect from me

Our time together will be a place that is warm, accepting, free of judgment, empowering, and where we can both be authentic and move towards a greater awareness of ourselves and our relationship with the world and others. I like for clients to walk away with a greater insight into their struggles and feel they have practical steps to continue moving forward.
