Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or simply trying to balance the demands of everyday life. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I work with individuals ages 16 and older, including veterans and couples, and have experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward healing, healthier communication, and practical tools to help you find greater peace and fulfillment. Even if you’re simply looking to build a more positive mindset, I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

I believe one of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with others through empathy and understanding. I offer fresh perspectives, honest support, and a positive approach to help you move forward.

My Treatment Approaches

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

I have incorporated CBT into my practice since 2016. This approach helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth and life goals.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

I have used DBT since 2016 to support clients in developing mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships. While originally designed to treat borderline personality disorder, I often integrate DBT with CBT to help clients better manage life stressors and strengthen their sense of self.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

I have been EMDR certified since 2021 and use this evidence-based approach to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

Couples Counseling

Since 2022, I have
