Great to meet you!

Many of my clients spend their days juggling work, school, relationships, deadlines, and family responsibilities while privately wondering why everything feels harder for them than it seems to for everyone else. Their minds don't slow down. The to-do list never ends. Small tasks feel bigger than they should, and even rest comes with guilt attached to it.

I help clients better understand the patterns behind anxiety, ADHD, stress, and emotional overwhelm so they can stop feeling like they're constantly playing catch-up with their own lives. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you quiet the mental noise, build confidence, and create systems and strategies that actually work for your life.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should feel like sitting in a room talking about problems without a direction or plan. My goal is to help you understand why you're feeling stuck while also giving you tools you can actually use between sessions.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, family stress, depression, and major life transitions. Together we'll identify what's getting in your way, build on what's already working, and create realistic changes that fit your actual life—not some ideal version of it.

What you can expect from me

Some sessions may focus on understanding the past. Others may focus on solving the problem waiting for you on Monday morning. Most often, therapy is a combination of both.

You can expect honesty, encouragement, practical strategies, and a therapist who isn't afraid to help you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in your ability to handle whatever comes next.
