Great to meet you!

Collaboratively, I will walk alongside you, instilling hope and encouragement, as you explore the healing process, navigate new life decisions, and develop ways to thrive in a variety of environments.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people develop their inner strength and resiliency whether you are an individual or couple who needs counseling. My experience covers the life span, from young children to adults of any age. I can help with a wide range of needs including trauma, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD/ADD), anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, as well as family and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Confronting life stressors can be complex and intimidating but embracing change in a safe space provides opportunities for personal and relational growth.
