Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward.

I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow, and benefit from therapy. Throughout my career, I've worked across diverse mental health settings and supported individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults navigating recovery, life transitions, and personal growth.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work toward meaningful and lasting change together.

My approach to therapy

Every individual has a story and a set of needs as unique as they are, which is why my approach is always person-centered and tailored specifically to you. While therapy can be challenging at times, my priority is ensuring you feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the process.

This is an affirming, inclusive space. I warmly welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals exploring alternative relationship styles, and people from all walks of life. Your authentic self is not only safe here—it is celebrated.

My work draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, REBT, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and build practical tools that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect and begin building a foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what challenges you're facing, and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward.

Together, we'll create goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, connected, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
