Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brandi, a, LPC, with master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Biblical Studies. I have experience in private practice, community mental health, and school-based counseling, working with children, teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is personalized, drawing from ACT, Person-Centered, Adlerian, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer both Christian-integrated and secular counseling, creating a welcoming space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered. I currently provide virtual therapy sessions only.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I tailor each session to your unique needs using an eclectic approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, work through life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also offer both Christian-integrated and secular counseling, honoring your values and meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, your strengths, and the challenges you're facing. My priority is to create a relaxed, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and develop a plan that fits your unique needs. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
