I have a decade of experience working in mental health and specialize in the treatment of mood disorders (bipolar and major depressive disorder), OCD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.

In addition to medication management, I utilize integrative strategies such as the targeted use of supplements, lifestyle interventions, and mindfulness exercises when appropriate to provide holistic care that promotes sustained mental and physical wellness.
