Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in working with individuals and couples. I graduated with my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since obtaining my license in 2018, I've dedicated my practice to supporting Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorders perfectionism, postpartum struggles, infertility, burnout, relationship dynamics, parenting and anxiety, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Drawing from a client-centered approach, I integrate various therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, family systems, Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Creating a safe and nurturing space where clients can process and heal is paramount to me, as I believe the therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for success.

What you can expect from our first session

The hope is clients are able to walk away from therapy feeling more confident in their ability to maintain the results they yielded in their therapy process. I want my clients to have a sense of accomplishment that and overall improved satisfaction of their quality of life.
