Great to meet you!

I’m an experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years in private practice, specializing in the treatment of anxiety in adolescents, young adults, and adults. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, helping clients better understand their patterns while building tools they can use in everyday life. I’ve authored two books on anxiety and also provide psychological evaluations when needed. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe being open and honest. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety or stress and develop realistic strategies to manage them. I focus on helping clients build insight, confidence, and skills they can use in their everyday lives. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for each individual.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll begin identifying goals and discuss a plan that feels comfortable and realistic for you. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward.
