Great to meet you!

I believe therapy to be a powerful process by which individuals can examine patterns of behaviors. My role as a therapist is to offer an emotionally safe and supportive environment where this process can unfold.

Most recently I have worked with young adults and adults addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, adjustment and phase of life difficulties. I also have experience working with child/parent relationship challenges and peer struggles.

I am passionate about helping individuals make positive changes in their lives by actively engaging with my clients. Together we will explore and resolve the issues that bring you to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am client centered. I tend to meet clients where they are, listen to concerns and begin formulating a plan to address the things that are bringing you to therapy.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect to feel heard and supported. I will listen to the concerns that brought you to therapy and begin collecting some history about you. Then we may begin discussing some goals.
