Great to meet you!

For the past five years, I have dedicated my career to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate some of the most challenging and formative moments of their lives. My clinical experience includes extensive work with youth ages 11–19 within the juvenile justice system, as well as young adults ages 18–25 transitioning into independence, identity development, trying to overcome trauma and adulthood. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence‐based care to individuals who often feel misunderstood or overlooked.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is unique, and your care should reflect that. My approach blends evidence‐based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma‐informed care, motivational interviewing, and a deeply person‐centered perspective.

When we choose to work together, we become partners in your healing process. I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and honest reflection to our conversations, helping you explore patterns, build new skills, and reconnect with your strengths.

Open communication is essential to me—you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Throughout our work, I’ll listen closely, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and support you as you move toward the changes you want for yourself.

What you can expect from me

I begin every therapeutic relationship with an introductory session where you can share your story, your hopes, and what you’d like to see change in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out—discovering your goals is something we’ll do together.

My priority is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe enough to be open and vulnerable, yet supported and grounded. As we continue our work, we’ll turn those early conversations into clear, meaningful goals and collaborate on the steps that help you move toward them.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, new skills, or a deeper understanding of yourself, our sessions will be focused on helping you create the outcomes that matter most to you.
