Brandi Okamoto

Aloha! My name is Brandi.

I am licensed in Hawaii as a substance abuse counselor and a mental health counselor. I am also licensed in Washington as a mental health counselor.

I have 10+ years of professional work experience in mental health. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I aim to help individuals find deeper meaning within their lives. I think that getting to know who you are and how you got to where you are at now is the key to helping you take that next step. I try to help people focus on healing and becoming aware of their inner strengths.

I use empathy and understanding to meet you where you are in life. Therapy is a process that we will work on together. I will help you to recognize the issues, identify strengths and help to create positive and healthy coping skills.
