Brandi Qualls

BQualls Behavioral Health Services, LLC's managing owner and Chief Clinical Officer is Brandi Qualls, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCPC) and psychotherapist in private practice in Illinois and has years of experience working with at-risk youth and families. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana, including collaboration with a team of medical doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and community health workers in an integrated primary health care and behavioral health care center in a community setting.

She received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Chicago State University in 2017. Her clinical practice focuses on performing evaluation assessments and diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, anger management, coping skills, trauma and PTSD, parenting, peer relationships, school issues, and self-esteem. Her developmental approach in psychotherapy strongly emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and client-centered approaches for adults.

Drawing from her own experiences with trauma, she understands the importance of healthy coping mechanisms and has seen firsthand the transformative impact they can have on one's life. Her goal is to help you better understand how your experiences have impacted you and guide you through personal development. While she takes work seriously, she also has a sense of humor that allows her to be flexible and meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey.
