Brandi Sewell

Brandi is a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. She believes that therapy is about doing the heart work. With over 13 years of experience in the social work field, her client’s success is attributed to their willingness to process through and confront uncomfortable situations/habits. Therapy, may at times, feel like open heart surgery, however you and those around you will be the better for the undoing of lifelong patterns, and subconscious thought processes that are no longer benefiting you. Brandi’s top priority is to ensure that your mental health needs are met.

Brandi’s approach to therapy is compassionate, non-judgmental and solution-focused oriented.

My hope is that the counseling room provides you a safe space and experience to feel seen with the potential of becoming the best version of yourself. You are one thought, action, and mindset away from emotional and mental wellness. My greatest aim is to empower you to your desired level of growth and to eventually work myself out of a job :) I believe that your highest and best self is already in you and that everything you need in regards to wellness is within you.
