Great to meet you!

I’m Brandi, and I bring over 20 years of heart-and-hustle to this work. I believe therapy is a partnership — we’ll explore what’s working, what’s holding you back, and what changes feel meaningful to you. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating relationships, or figuring out your direction, I’ll walk alongside you, not above you.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a warm, down-to-earth space where you feel safe being yourself. Together, we’ll move at your pace, balancing introspection with practical steps. I lean into curiosity and honesty — I ask your thoughts, listen deeply, and offer tools when they feel right. We’ll dig into your challenges but also build on your existing strengths, so change feels doable, not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I’ll simply invite you to share your story — what brought you here, and what you hope to gain. I’ll ask a few questions to understand where you are now, and you can share whatever feels comfortable. No pressure, no judgment — just a real conversation to begin building trust and clarity.

I especially enjoy working with adults (and those in later stages of life) who are ready to tackle anxiety, relationship strain, or life transitions in a grounded, meaningful way. Over time, clients tell me they emerge with clearer direction, better emotional balance, more satisfying relationships, and confidence to act on what matters most.

Clients often describe me as genuine, warm, and pragmatic — someone who meets them where they are. If you’re ready to make shifts that feel real — not forced — I’d be honored to walk with you.
