Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brandi, and I believe everyone deserves support when life feels overwhelming. Whether you're a child struggling at school, a teen navigating friendships and identity, or an adult facing stress, anxiety, or major life changes, I'm here to help.

Together, we'll work to better understand the challenges you're facing, build practical skills, and create a path forward that helps you feel more confident, connected, and capable. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, social skills, life transitions, toxic workplace recovery, OCD, intrusive thoughts, autism spectrum disorder needs, trauma, EMDR, and more.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and discover the strengths they already possess!

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach that utilizes cognitive behavior therapy techniques most often, in combination with other modalities, such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a solution focused lens. I also offer EMDR Therapy. I find that distorted thought patterns many times impact clients in an unhelpful way. Helping clients identify realistic and constructive ways of thinking leads to a greater sense of well-being, in addition to processing how life has impacted our ways of thinking and responding.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where all that enter my door feel heard, empowered and safe to examine what is not working for them and find new habits. Life can be hard, and asking for help can be a daunting task for so many. Please know, everyone deserves support so do not hesitate to reach out and ask all the questions! I welcome them with a listening ear and look forward to supporting your journey, whether for you or a loved one.
