Great to meet you!

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University. I'm licensed in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider and approved LPC-MHSP supervisor. I am also licensed in the state of Georgia. I’ve been a practicing clinician for over 16 years primarily working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in general mental health counseling particularly with individuals.

My approach to therapy

I support clients dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and unhelpful coping habits. My approach is laid-back and collaborative. I allow my clients to guide the conversation based on what matters most to them, while I offer support, insight, and practical tools along the way. My goal is to create a caring, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

I recognize that opening up and beginning a counseling journey can be difficult. Because of this, I gently and collaboratively guide my clients in the first session through information gathering. Once that is established, we work together to set treatment goals and identify a preferred course of therapy sessions.
