Great to meet you!
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and have spent the past 11 years working in community mental health, supporting individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan.
Outside of the therapy office, you can often find me enjoying the outdoors, sharing laughs with family and friends, or starting the day with a good cup of coffee. I believe humor, connection, and balance are important parts of life and healing, and I bring those values into my work with clients. My hope is that therapy feels less like talking to an expert who has all the answers and more like partnering with someone who is genuinely invested in helping you discover your own strengths and move toward the life you want to build.
