Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and have spent the past 11 years working in community mental health, supporting individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan.

Outside of the therapy office, you can often find me enjoying the outdoors, sharing laughs with family and friends, or starting the day with a good cup of coffee. I believe humor, connection, and balance are important parts of life and healing, and I bring those values into my work with clients. My hope is that therapy feels less like talking to an expert who has all the answers and more like partnering with someone who is genuinely invested in helping you discover your own strengths and move toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, adults, and families using evidence-based approaches including PCIT and DBT. I have experience helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, emotional regulation, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I understand that every person’s story is different, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you are seeking healing from past experiences, looking to strengthen relationships, develop coping skills, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I will work alongside you to help identify and achieve the goals that matter most to you. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to support you in becoming the person you want to be. Together, we can create a path forward that feels authentic, empowering, and aligned with your values.
