Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in Georgia, Texas, and Florida, with over nine years of experience walking alongside women through life's most meaningful and most challenging transitions.

I specialize in supporting women through the emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, as well as life changes, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're adjusting to a new identity as a mother, feeling stuck in a relationship that isn't fulfilling you, or simply overwhelmed by emotions you can't quite name, my goal is the same: to create a space where you can slow down, explore what you're feeling, and start moving toward the life and the version of yourself you want.

I draw on evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy, tailoring each to fit who you are and what you need. Together, we'll work toward clarity, healing, and strength during one of the most transformative seasons of your life.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel safe and free of judgment. I know it takes courage to reach out for support, and I don't take that lightly. Every client's story, pace, and needs are different and I meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy, I work collaboratively with you to help you find clarity, healing, and strength during one of life’s most transformative seasons.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, we will collaborate in order to establish goals to work towards over the course of treatment. My goal is to help guide you in the direction you want to be in. I believe that a therapist can encourage you to recognize your strengths so that you can use them to help you grow.
