Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Brandon Darby. I support individuals who are navigating self-doubt, life transitions, and uncertainty, helping them reconnect with their sense of purpose. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported. Together, we’ll work toward building clarity, confidence, and a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know you, identifying what’s holding you back, and clarifying where you want to go. From there, we’ll create a clear, actionable path forward. I help clients understand and shift automatic thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns into more empowering responses, so you can move through life with greater intention and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and open environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, identify your goals, and begin building a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
