Great to meet you!

Therapy can be meaningful work, but that doesn't mean every session has to feel heavy. Sometimes, a little laughter can help us see things differently. I'm Dr. Brandon, and I believe therapy can help you work through difficult thoughts and feelings while also making room for joy, connection, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and loneliness while building on their strengths and discovering what brings meaning to their lives. You don't have to have everything figured out to get started.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humor, and positive psychology into my work with clients. CBT helps you recognize and change thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, while positive psychology focuses on building positive emotions, meaningful experiences, and stronger relationships. I also believe laughter and levity have a place in therapy. We'll take your challenges seriously without losing sight of the moments of joy and humor that can make life feel lighter.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been challenging, and what you would like to change. We'll begin identifying your goals and exploring the strengths you can draw on as you work toward them. My approach is collaborative and flexible, with room for both honest conversations and laughter when it feels right. Whether you're working through a difficult season or looking for greater connection, purpose, and well-being, we'll work together to find a path forward that fits you.
