Great to meet you!

Many adults find themselves carrying the weight of experiences that began long before they had the words to understand them. Perhaps you've spent years feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling in relationships, battling anxiety, depression, self-criticism, or finding yourself caught in patterns that seem impossible to change. Often, these challenges are rooted in wounds from earlier in life—whether from a single traumatic experience or a collection of experiences that taught you to survive by disconnecting from parts of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help adults move beyond survival and toward healing by creating a space where all parts of their experience are welcome. My approach is grounded in the belief that beneath the protective patterns, coping strategies, and wounds lies a core self that is naturally capable of clarity, compassion, and healing. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, experiential approaches, person-centered therapy, and Gestalt techniques, I tailor the therapeutic process to each individual's needs. Together, we explore the impact of past experiences, develop greater awareness of the present, and cultivate a deeper connection to your authentic self. While many clients experience this work as deeply meaningful—and at times spiritual—there is never an expectation to approach therapy through any particular spiritual lens. Instead, our work is guided by your values, experiences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping people reflect with who they truly are beneath the pain, fear, and adaptations that once helped them survive. Few things are more rewarding than witnessing someone move from feeling fragmented or stuck to experiencing greater wholeness, self-trust, and freedom. Healing is not about becoming someone different; it is about gaining access to the truest self that has been present all along. If you're ready to explore your story, deepen your connection with yourself, and move toward lasting healing, I invite you to schedule an appointment. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
