I specialize in trauma work with Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-focused CBT to integrate and heal adverse experiences. Additionally, I utilize Narrative Therapy to challenge problematic stories we tell ourselves and rewrite our roles in them, learning how to live presently and understand emotion.

I'm here as a facilitator to challenge and equip my clients with skills and to help build the relationships that will contribute to their health, happiness, and contentment.
