I believe therapy works best as a partnership. Many of the struggles that bring adults to therapy, such as anxiety, people-pleasing, burnout, and painful relationship patterns, make more sense once we understand where they began. Together, we'll explore how your early experiences shape how you think, feel, and connect with others today.
I integrate three approaches. Attachment-focused therapy helps us see how your earliest relationships influence your current ones. Psychodynamic work brings unspoken patterns and feelings into view so they lose their hold. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) gives you practical tools to manage anxiety and respond differently in the moment.
The result is a balance of insight and action. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, and I'll tailor our work to your goals instead of fitting you into a single method.
