Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, and difficult life transitions. My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each person, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and practice skills that support meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and strengths based. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward your goals. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing, while tailoring sessions to your individual needs. We'll focus on recognizing your strengths, building self-awareness, and developing practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to get to know you and help you feel comfortable. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you would like to change or improve, and any goals you have for our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away; we'll work together to identify what feels most important to you. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and understood.
