Great to meet you!

I specialize in evidence-based therapy for tic disorders/Tourette's (CBIT), OCD, sleep (CBT-I), depression and mood concerns, anxiety, autism, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (ComB for hair pulling, skin picking). I work with children/parents, teens, and adults in these areas in Columbus and via telehealth across Ohio.

My approach blends a strong clinical foundation with an appreciation for the wisdom we carry from our unique lived experience.

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together we clarify what matters most to you and take steady, manageable steps toward change.

I trained at The Ohio State University Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital, and practiced clinically for several years in the Pediatric Psychology group at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, including being integrated in the Sleep Clinic, Neurology Tic Clinic, and a primary care clinic. I love to support others in improving their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I individualize therapy for each person and rely on evidence-based tools delivered with flexibility and compassion. I respect your time and resources, so we'll start working right away. I like to keep things warm, clear, and practical, maintaining focus on what will truly improve your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s been challenging and what you hope will be different, and together we’ll start identifying practical steps you can use right away. I like to dive in with curiosity and clarity so you leave feeling understood, grounded, and optimistic about the work we’ll do together.
