Great to meet you!
Before becoming a therapist, I served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army and am a combat veteran—experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, suffering, responsibility, and the importance of meaning and purpose. I have extensive clinical experience working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, anger and emotional regulation, relationship and family conflict, domestic violence, substance use, personality-related concerns, and major life transitions. My approach draws from ACT, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing, with a particular interest in Existential Therapy and Logotherapy—the idea of finding healing through meaning. For me, psychotherapy has always felt less like a career choice and more like a calling, and I value the opportunity to help people better understand themselves, confront difficult patterns, and build lives that reflect what genuinely matters to them.
