Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My approach is warm, practical, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where you can show up honestly and feel supported. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also giving you tools to build more balance, stability, and meaningful change in your daily life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change starts with having a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to be honest about what’s going on in your life. In our work together, I look at the different areas that shape wellbeing—such as emotional health, relationships, routines, stress, and sense of purpose—while helping you build practical tools that support real-life change. I draw from approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT, always tailoring therapy to your needs, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we begin exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope might change. We’ll talk about the challenges you’ve been facing, the broader context of your life, and any goals or needs that already feel important to you. My approach is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed as we start building a clearer picture of your wellbeing. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, more grounded, and with a better sense of what our work together can look like.
