Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I’m passionate about supporting you as you navigate the challenges of life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're adjusting to a new environment, managing stress, or simply trying to find your footing in an uncertain world, therapy can be a powerful space to regroup, reflect, and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments. I focus on helping you build practical tools while also exploring deeper patterns that may be holding you back. I do provide homework to give you the opportunity to learn and to reflect on your patterns of thinking and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we’ll work together to understand what you’re going through and identify practical ways to help you feel better and move forward. You'll gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and learn coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or whatever you're facing. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop healthier patterns, and feel more in control of your life. You won’t walk this path alone—I'll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
