Great to meet you!

Dr. Premier fosters a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment, combining gentle humor with deep empathy. He views therapy as a collaborative process in which the client is the author of their life story—and the therapist serves as a thoughtful editor. Even the best writers need editors. Believing that meaningful growth begins with humility and discomfort, Dr. Premier acknowledges that therapy can be challenging, but with sustained effort comes lasting transformation. He is committed to helping clients not only achieve their therapeutic goals but also unlock their fullest potential. Dr. Premier brings over 20 years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. His has a doctorate in psychology (PsyD) and three master’s degrees in clinical psychology, counseling, and addiction studies.

My approach to therapy
