Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here, and I hope we have the opportunity to work together.

My name is Brandon Rogers, M.Ed., LPC, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the treatment of anxiety disorders.

I bring over 23 years of experience in public education as a teacher, coach, and school counselor, along with 4 years of clinical counseling experience working with individuals and families ranging in age from 5 to 75.

Life presents challenges, transitions, and unexpected obstacles for all of us. While every person's experience is unique, no one has to navigate difficult seasons alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your concerns, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

My counseling approach is client-centered and solution-focused. By understanding how past experiences influence the present, we can focus on the challenges you are facing today while building the skills and confidence needed for the future. Together, we will create meaningful goals, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward lasting positive change.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My counseling sessions are designed to be collaborative, supportive, and focused on meaningful progress. During our work together, I utilize active listening, empathy, reflection, problem-solving strategies, goal setting, and practical exercises to help you continue your growth between sessions.

I have successfully worked with clients ages 12 and older through secure virtual counseling, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and convenience of your home, office, or other private location.

Every person has a unique story, and every challenge presents an opportunity for growth. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create positive changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling future. Let me help you take the next step toward becoming the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to counseling. We will gather information about your personal history, experiences, strengths, and current concerns to gain a clearer picture of your unique situation. By exploring the past, we can better understand how it may be influencing your present circumstances.

Once we have established this foundation, we will begin identifying the challenges you are currently facing and work together to develop practical solutions and meaningful goals. Counseling is a collaborative process, and I view our work as a partnership focused on helping you move forward.

My goal is to help you create the next chapter of your life by improving your overall well-being, building effective coping skills, and increasing your confidence in navigating life's challenges. To support continued growth, I may encourage you to complete activities, reflections, or skill-building exercises between sessions. I invite you to come to each session prepared to discuss your thoughts, successes, and challenges as we work together toward lasting positive change.
