Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional clinician, I believe that everybody is a genuine, growth-oriented person deserving to live a happy fulfilling life. After receiving my Master's degree in counseling, I have been practicing for 3 years working primarily with trauma, attachment disorders, anxiety/depression, and relationship issues in a wide range of ages.

I understand that reaching out for support is difficult and intimidating, and I am here to help you navigate that journey. Outside of therapy, I love to play and watch hockey, spend time with friends, and read any mystery book you can think of.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is humorous, warm, and collaborative. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all fix. Instead, we’ll work together to assess patterns keeping you stuck and build practical tools that actually fit your life.

I will usually draw from EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), attachment based therapies, and psychodynamic practices, meaning we will work to identify and process the root of any issues you are struggling with.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with a session to allow you to tell your story and create a space that we can identify where to go together. From there on, you can expect a warm and inclusive environment to help process thoughts and emotions.

Healing isn't linear, but my goal is that you walk away feeling lighter, better equipped, and supported every step of the way.
