Great to meet you!

Each individual leads a unique life. My objective is to establish connections with every client in a way that honors their uniqueness and fosters an environment where they can be authentically themselves. My objective is to meet people where they are and demonstrate that they are not alone in facing the challenges that have brought them to this point. I aim to establish a strong, meaningful therapeutic alliance to help create a new narrative for their life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with those suffering from Addiction and Trauma (PTSD) and Chemsex Addiction. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) for PTSD and am an ASAT-Candidate for Sex Addiction. I also have experience working with Adults, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and Military Personnel.

What you can expect from me

I typically begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can feel safe, comfortable, and open in sharing your experiences. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively in future sessions to help you move toward the growth and healing you’re seeking.
