Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Brandon Turner and I've been working in the social services industry for about 9 years. I received my Master's of Social Work degree from Utah State University and I am very passionate about helping people. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, religious trauma/faith transitions, autism, relational issues, and much more!

My approach to therapy

My main goal as a therapist is to empower my clients. Working with me, you can expect a very direct and honest approach to therapy. I will support you, challenge you, as well as validate your experiences. Together we will work on empowering your life in a way that benefits you. I'm a very eclectic therapist, meaning I use a lot of different therapy modalities for my clients such as CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other modalities as needed depending on my client's needs.

What you can expect from me

With me as a therapist, clients can expect to gain critical thinking skills, mindfulness skills, an unbiased perspective, and empowerment. Too much of our empowerment is taken away by our mental health and with me, we are looking to regain that sense of vitality.
