I trust who I am and the way in which I show up for those I serve. I am honest about my strengths and my flaws because building a trusting relationship is fundamental to working together. I am flexible, balanced, and encourage you to show up just as you are, all of your strengths and your flaws as well. I want you to be able to say the things you need to say, so that I can help you learn what you need to learn, and then go out into the world and face the challenges in your way.

My belief is that healing, reaching goals, or overcoming challenges takes action, and I come up with some pretty clever ways to take action that guides you down the path to be your best. I take a egalitarian approach to our work together, to show you the best parts of you and how to trust and use your strengths to take on the challenge ahead. I always start with teaching and then work to help you integrate the life lesson to sustain growth.

Clients can hope to take away a better understanding of who they are in this moment, who they want to be, and have a sense of how to bridge the gap in between. They will be empowered to feel scared, but have courage; feel sad, but have hope; and feel confused, but have more clarity.

Clients will take away a deeper sense of trust in themselves that they have all they need to face whatever is ahead of them and a sense of calm that this is exactly where they need to be.
