Great to meet you!

I was a teacher for 10 years. I've been a counselor for another 10. I have specialized in working with children, individuals, families, and couples. I am a certified clinical trauma professional. This work is my passion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to help each person actualize and reach their goals through an integrative approach incorporating humor, education, and validation. I am a facilitator. Working with me, each person will learn the skills and strategies needed to live their best life. I am here to join your adventure and help make sense of what was so we can do better with what is and make plans to succeed in what will be.

What you can expect from our first session

A client can expect normalization, validation, education, clarity, and hope. He/she will be empowered to reach the goals they have set forth. A client can expect me to hold their vision for them and help them believe they can reach it as they learn coping skills and strategies to get there. A client can expect compassion, empathy, safety, and non-judgement.
