Great to meet you!

Do you often put everyone else first, then wonder where you fit into your own life? Maybe saying no brings guilt and anxiety, speaking up feels uncomfortable, or you second-guess what you need and want. You may have learned to earn love, approval, or safety by keeping others happy, leaving you disconnected from yourself. Therapy can help you understand where these patterns began, trust your own voice, feel more secure in who you are, and make choices that reflect what truly matters to you.

I specialize in self-esteem, people-pleasing, and boundaries, helping you quiet the inner critic, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and build a stronger sense of self. Together, we create a supportive, judgment-free space where your needs matter and you can practice choosing yourself with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

If low self-worth or difficulty setting boundaries has left you disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you understand the patterns and create meaningful change. I offer a warm, thoughtful space to reconnect with who you are, strengthen your voice, and build a life that feels more aligned with you. Reach out to schedule a consultation.

My approach to therapy

Here's what I believe: therapy is nothing without relationship. Before we dive into anything else, we build that first. Trust isn't assumed — it's earned, and I take that seriously. From there, everything moves at your pace, in your direction. This is your process, and I mean that. I'm not going to show up with a rigid agenda or push you somewhere you're not ready to go.

That said — I will challenge you. Gently, honestly, and always with your growth in mind. Think of it less as being pushed and more as having someone who believes in what you're capable of, even when you're not sure you do yet.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend time on some background questions — the kind that help me understand your history and what's brought you here. However, if you walk in carrying something that can't wait, we tend to that first. The paperwork will get done. You are the priority. Always.
