Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been practicing since 2013. I provide virtual therapy for women, LGBTQ+ adults, and neurodivergent clients who are navigating anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, and the lingering impact of past relational or religious wounds and other trauma.

I focus on helping thoughtful, sensitive adults better understand their inner world, build healthier boundaries, and feel more aligned in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, creative, experiential, and empowering. I see therapy as a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs shaping your life. Together, we explore anxiety, relational dynamics, identity, and the impact of past experiences in a thoughtful and grounded way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, thoughtful first session focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. We’ll talk about your current stressors, your history at a pace that feels manageable, and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety or feeling stuck.

I aim to create a steady, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Together, we’ll clarify goals and discuss what kind of support feels most helpful so we can build a plan that feels aligned and sustainable.
