Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity, and lasting inner connection. If you find yourself feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or isolating yourself from others? Or all three? I can work with you to provide a brave space for slow, intentional curiosity to gently invite you to explore the rich landscape of your internal world.

I believe that our feelings communicate vital information which, if we tap into it, can reveal our authentic self. Often, these feelings, thoughts, body sensations—or "parts"—have been created or forced into service to help us survive challenging life experiences, such as trauma or overwhelm when we didn't have the resources to understand it. While these parts intend to be helpful, they may ultimately keep us separated from our authentic self.

In our work together, we will utilize both the body and the mind to explore the origins of these parts. We will focus on healing the parts' hurts and integrating these past experiences so they become a manageable part of your whole self, rather than remaining the primary focus of your life. Whether you experienced childhood trauma or simply felt overwhelmed at times and coped by creating distance from your core self, we will work toward integration

I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

I approach you, the person, as having parts that can be stuck in old habits. We can learn about these parts and help to integrate them.

What you can expect from me

The first session is set for me to learn about what brings you to therapy and gives you the opportunity to learn about my style. I always empower my clients to feel into parts that come up and honor what they are saying. I never want to bypass parts that are worried about the movement of the session.
