Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, mood symptoms, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative—I believe medication can be a valuable tool, but it is only one part of mental wellness. Together, we may also explore sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, coping skills, and other factors that influence how you feel.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, my priority is getting to know you as a whole person, not simply identifying a diagnosis. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your symptoms and experiences, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. From there, we’ll work together to develop an individualized plan that may include medication, therapy, lifestyle strategies, education, or a combination of approaches.

I want you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your mental health journey.
