Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brandy Martin, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in holistic mental health, somatic therapy, and functional nutrition. I studied psychology at Naropa University and have additional training in trauma-informed and body-based approaches.

I work with humans who feel disconnected from themselves—often stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or chronic illness—and are ready to reconnect with their true self.

My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and deeper inner exploration to help you understand not just why you feel the way you do, but how to shift it in a lasting, embodied way.

Clients often come to me because they want something deeper—more connection, more meaning, and a way of healing that includes the body, mind, and inner world.

I offer a space that is grounding, intuitive, and collaborative, where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to live in greater alignment with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, body-centered, and deeply collaborative. I believe that healing happens not just through insight, but through reconnecting with the body, the nervous system, and your inner experience.

Rather than staying only in conversation, I gently guide clients to slow down and tune into what they’re feeling in the moment. We may explore sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise, helping you build a deeper relationship with yourself and understand what your system needs.

I integrate somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support lasting, embodied change. My goal is to help you move out of survival patterns and into a place of greater clarity, connection, and alignment with who you truly are.

I work at a pace that honors your system, creating a space that feels grounding, supportive, and safe for deeper exploration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll start by getting a sense of what’s bringing you in and what feels most important for you right now.

I move at a pace that honors your nervous system, so there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We can begin with conversation, and if it feels comfortable, gently start to notice what’s happening in your body and inner experience as you talk.

Together, we’ll begin to identify what you’re needing—whether that’s support with anxiety, processing past experiences, feeling more regulated, or reconnecting with yourself.
