Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brandy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes.

My background includes working in medical settings, where I support individuals managing chronic illness, adjusting to new diagnoses, and coping with the emotional impact of ongoing health challenges. I also work with clients experiencing life transitions, burnout, and the stress that comes with balancing responsibilities and uncertainty.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, supportive, and solution-oriented. I don't believe in just talking without direction- together, we focus on building practical strategies that help you manage emotions, improve coping, and feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what you're going through while also making meaningful progress towards your goals.

I offer evening and weekend availability to fit your schedule.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what's bringing you in and what you want to get out of therapy. You'll have space to share your concerns, and I'll ask questions to get a clear picture of your situation, current stressors, and goals.

From there, we'll begin identifying practical next steps and strategies you can start using early on. My approach is direct and supportive- you can expect honest feedback, collaboration, and a focus on helping you make meaningful progress.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, clearer on your situation, and with a sense of direction moving forward.
